Grover and Kathy Golden – ‘TEAM GOLDEN’ have a combined experience of 46 years in the local real estate market. Grover has been the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Spinks Brown Durand for the majority of his real estate career and Kathy is a retired teacher with 30 years of experience in the classroom. Their number one rule is the Golden Rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” Matthew 7:12. Their simple goal is to help people in the community achieve their dreams of home ownership.
